The paper pointed out the future and electronic information resources that networked-electronic libraries have provided.In networked view,the paper analysed the gap where our country' s library automation compared with advanced libraries of developed countries.Then the paper focus the disscussion on networking environment,networking programme,networking designing considerations and criteria as well as information resource construction and servise.
