摘要

本文阐述了新技术在整个现代化图书馆信息系统开发过程中所占的重要地位和作用。为彻底改变我国图书馆界在现代化信息系统开发上的落后局面, 迎头赶上世界先进水平, 本文提出新的构想, 并给出了具体的实现模式。

Abstract：

This paper describes the significant position and guiding role of new models in the whole process of developing modern library information systems in China.In order to change the backward situation of the Chinese libraries in terms of their modern information systems and catch up with the advanced level of the world,the author puts forward some new concepts and provides concrete model to realize them.
