WinSPIRS is the windows version software of the SilverPlatter CD-ROMs.WinSPIRS is so thorough and perfect because of the principles by which it is developed. This article introduces the functions and some search features of WinSPIRS to people in order to help them understand it and use it, and gives a means to help them get more information in Internet.
