摘要

根据Totals 采访子系统在中国科学院成都文献情报中心的试运行结果, 对Totals 采访子系统建设的意义以及对采访、编目、流通、地区性图书采购协调和藏书建设等业务工作的影响进行了总结, 并希望在新的图书馆自动化集成系统中, Totals 采访子系统的功能进一步完善, 加强长期订单的处理功能和丰富订单内容等。

Abstract：

Based on the application of Totals acquisition subsystem in Chengdu Documentation and Information Center of CAS,this paper summarizes the significance of constructing this subsystem and its effects on acquisition,catalogue,circulation,coordination of regional cooperative acquisition and holdings development. It also hopes that the functions of this subsystem especially handling the standing order and the order form will be further improved in the new integrated library automation system.
