摘要

主要对化学结构情报线性标记法中的4 种方法, 即国际纯化学与应用化学联合会标记法、威斯韦塞尔标记法、置换- 节点- 键价标记法和简易分子线性条目输入系统进行比较研究, 由此提出一个理想的化学结构情报线性标记所应具备的特征。

Abstract：

There are four method of chemical structure information linear notations in common use: IUPAC chemical notation、wiswesser line-formula chemical notation、replacement-nodal-subtractive nomenclature and code、and simplified molecular input line entry system. A comparison study of the four linear notations was conducted here. Thus put forward characteristics of an ideal linear notation.
