摘要

采取“一期一号”的编程设计思路, 利用ISSN 条型码的流通特性, 提出将ISSN 条型码用于现刊的计算机流通管理的一些设想。

Abstract：

Uses the programming idea of “One number per volume”, the author proposes some imagination about applying ISSN bar code to computer circulation management of available journals according to the circulation character of ISSN bar code.
