摘要 基于数字图书馆面临的分布信息环境现实,分析了开放描述机制的优势、基本方式、设计原则、主要任务和实施范例。

Abstract :Based on the distributed digital information environment for digital library development, this paper explores the advantages, basic processes, design principles, major tasks, and implementation examples of the open description mechanisms.
