根据国家科学数字图书馆建设需要, 按照数字图书馆标准规范体系要求, 对国家科学数字图书馆建设中应该遵循的开放描述和标准应用的具体原则、方法和操作要求进行了描述。

Abstract

Based on the needs of Chinese Science Digital Library Project (CSDL) and follows the requirements for standards application in digital library development, this paper describes the principles, methods and operational requirements for open description and standards application in CSDL.
