摘要

回顾PREMIS项目的发起背景和工作进展，在对PREMIS的基础——OCLC/RLG提出的保存元数据框架的基本理念和内容进行分析后，提出PREMIS构建核心保存元数据体系的新理念，对PREMIS的数据模型进行深入分析，并对数据模型中各实体的保存元数据进行详细阐述，最后总结PREMIS保存元数据的特点。

Abstract：

PREMIS preservation metadata is a wide accepted standard in the long term preservation area. The authors firstly introduce the background of the PREMIS project. Then give a comprehensive review on the preservation metadata framework proposed by OCLC/RLG, which acted as the foundation of PREMIS’s work. After that, the authors summarize the new ideas and data model of PREMIS preservation metadata and list the preservation metadata of each entity in the data model. At the end of paper, the authors conclude the characters and limits of PREMIS preservation metadata.
