摘要

在分析当前数字图书馆服务中的问题以及国内外相关做法之后，提出建立集成化服务平台的必要性，并结合CSDL国防科技信息服务系统、集成期刊浏览目录等建设经验，介绍集成化服务平台设计思路与实现方法，特别是对基于知识库的集成化服务调度机制以及基于OpenURL的开放式、集成化原文传递机制及其相关技术进行深入剖析。

Abstract：

After analyzing some problems with digital library services, this paper puts forward the necessity of integrative services, and introduces the design and implementation of integrative service system. The detailed implementation of this system，which includes the mechanism of knowledgebasebased service navigation and OpenURL-based document delivery is also explained．
