Aiming at meeting the corporations’ individuation need, a flexible framework based on Web has been put forward and its traits and superiority have been discussed. An in-depth analysis has been done with the technologies and methods of flexible framework under VS2005. The program of system modeling and system structure has been researched already. Based on the technologies above, a human resource management system has been designed and successfully applied in a company in Hefei. This example proves that the flexible framework based on Web provides a feasible way to design individuation information management system.
