Through analyzing the circumstance for which the library business demands MELINETS Ⅱ data, the paper points out that the MELINETS Ⅱ has its own flaws in data output, and then recommends the settling method for it. That is to introduce the ODAC technique, in Delphi7.0 environment, which solves that the ideas and implementation process of the MELINETS Ⅱ data output through the second development. The paper expounds on the ODAC in the technological development in the process of connecting to the database, calling stored procedures and returning to the data. And examples introduce the function of the ODAC technique, so as to realize a smooth acquisition, collect MELINETS Ⅱ information to a portable data collector fast and accurately.
