摘要 针对海洋生态知识共享方面存在的问题,提出基于本体的海洋生态知识管理模型。采用Role本体理论及构建方法,对海洋生态领域的知识表示、共享、管理及应用进行研究和分析。利用本体编辑工具Hozo进行重量级海洋生态本体的构建,并开发一个基于本体的信息优化检索系统OASIS,从轻量级和重量级两个层次进行应用实验。结果表明,该模型可以有效解决海洋生态知识共享中存在的问题,并在信息检索及语义推理方面体现出优势。

Abstract:Aiming at the disadvantages existing in the marine ecology knowledge sharing, this paper proposes an Ontology-based marine ecological knowledge management model. It analyzes the domain knowledge representation, sharing, management and application of marine ecology by the role theory and Ontology construction method, then a heavy-weight marine ecology Ontology is built using Hozo. Based on the Ontology, an optimized information retrieval system named OASIS is developed to test and verify the method. Experimental results show that the method can effectively solve the problems in marine ecology knowledge sharing, and has advantages in information retrieval and semantic reasoning.
