This paper notices that many research organizations and individual researchers share their research papers on the Web and update their Website regularly to include new works. The possibility of collecting、tracing this kind of information and make it a beneficial supplement of library digital resources is studied. Some rules of publishing Web scholar publication information are put forward. Also, this paper shows an information portal architect that could automatically identify, extract, organize this kind of scholar information, and support user queries.
