摘要 

《开放文库计划》(OAI)是基于元数据采集的网络数据库系统互操作协议,因其采用了低进入障碍的技术方案,简单易行,因而被很多网络数据库和信息增值服务项目所采用。本文介绍了OAI的技术框架,并分析了基于OAI开发带有自动链接功能的引文数据库的原理及实例。

Abstract

The Open Archives Initiative(OAI) is a protocol to promote the interoperability between networked databases, which works through metadata harvesting. The lowbarrier framework is relatively easy to implement, and as a result, it makes OAI very popular on today’s Internet. The article introduces the main technical features of OAI, and analyses the principles and cases of the OAIbased citation databases, which have the citation lists hyperlinked automatically.
