This paper includes three parts,firstly gives a general description for Quick IMS,a general information management system for non structured data base;secondly gives a general description for Delphi,a rapid application development(RAD)tool;the last part is why we use Delphi to develop the Quick IMS and how we use Delphi to process the key techniques for Quick IMS.
