Quantitative Analysis of Ten Year s Articles about CD-ROM Research and Some Suggestions

Abstract  

articles about CD-ROM research have been retrieved via CBMDisc and Chinese Scientifc and Technic Periodical Database CD-ROM from 1989 to 1998, which have been analysed from the distribution of years,regions and periodicals, author paper number and co-operation, annual distribution of subject content in order to investigate the status,hot point and problems of Chinese CD-ROM research and foresee its development trend.Some suggestions about CD-ROM research and its utilization are also gived.
