The Compendium of Digital Library Standardization in China

Abstract  

Standardization is a key to the development of digital library.China digital library standardization is a astronomical system work and should contain system hardware flat standard, system software flat standard, develop tools flat standard, Internet applications flat standard, production tools flat standard, production techniques standard, metadata standard, data quality standard, resource construction standard, files standard and compatible with library automatization manage system standard. The standarization should keep to thesep rincip les: p ractice, completeness, recapitulation, recapitulation, innovation and gradualness. After 3- 5 years, the standard of Scholar digital library will be systematism that could guide and push forward our digital library work continuously.
