The Criterion of the Technological Digital Library System

Abstract  

The article analyzed how to do with the relation between the technological digital library and the tradition library,the user,the Internet,the publishers,the nonprofit information service organizations,the foreign technological digital library on the base of criterion the conceptive of technological digital library.
