Abstract  

Internet has osmosed to every side about folk living. Although the network broke the nationality and the information that come from many countries, most of the information is English that most Chinese can t understand. Machine translation has been named the 863 plan by National scientific committee long since and machine translation has been researched for some years, but the changes of language are infinite. The research still needs effort.
