On the Development and Use of the Hainan Local Documents

Abstract  

The paper analyzes the special postition of the local documents in the library system of Hainan province, points out that people must develop and use the local documents reasonable with basing on its character. At the sametime, the paper introduces the course of the digitalization of local documents in the library of Hainan Normal University.
