Problems and Solutions of Library Knowledge Administration and Service

Abstract  

Although the function of library knowledge administration and service gets more attention, conversion of the function can not be accomplished in an action. According to the conditions and problems existed in library knowledge administration and service, the article expatiates in detail and points out corresponding solutions.
