The Web Service Establishing of MARC Metadata

Abstract  

Establishing the Web Service of MARC metadata will be a very important ways of publishing MARC metadata through network. The paper introduces Web Service and explores the advantages of establishing the Web Service of MARC metadata. In addition, by means of one program example, explains how to establish the Web Service of MARC metadata.
