The Methods and Strategies for the Construction of Citation Index Database Based on Web

Abstract  

CPSCI builds up a system of citation index data input and revision based on Web. Meanwhile, it formulates a number of methods and strategies leading to scientific and efficient system development, data input and revision, data security, processing articles automatically and the control of data quality as well as scientific and efficient data organization so as to ensure the speed of the construction of citation index database, its quality and the realization of the systematic function.
