Application of Data Mining in the Information Service of Libraries

Abstract  

To satisfy the requirement of information service in libraries, we take it as an example to mine association rules from circulation records in university libraries. A mining algorithm is presented. Further more, a recommendation service model is introduced, which is applied to offer recommendation service.
