The Application of AHP and TOPSIS to Evaluation of Digital Reference Services

Abstract  

Evaluation of service is an important issue in digital reference service of library. This paper narrates the principles of evaluation index setting and systems of evaluation index. It gives a method of evaluating digital reference services based on AHP and TOPSIS.
