Concept Distinguish Based on Ontology

Abstract  

When keywords are used to retrieve information, the recall factor and precision are low. According this situation, Ontology annotation technology is used to describe the information in Website or information database to improve the recall factor. And in this paper, a concept distinguish technology based on ontology is used to improve precision. Actually, in the information retrieval experiment the precision of the retrieval is improved. But the response   is delayed because of the bigger computing magnitude.
