Abstract This paper proposes a synthesis priority evaluation model of choosing books. Firstly, the algorithm designs the evaluation process frame and three kinds of book demand models. Then, the variation of book demand degree is used as evidence, and uses the basic probability distribution value to reduce uncertainty priority evaluation of expert. Finally, a new algorithm of evidence combining is proposed and used to complete the synthesis priority evaluation.
