Authority Control of Web Resources

Abstract  

 The paper analyses the traditional authority control, introduces the function requirement of traditional authority control and the FRBR, then explains the necessity and the feasibility of the Web resource authority control, finally puts forward the function requirement and the system architecture of the network resources authority control.
