Abstract  

Base on the summariges analyses and compares structured method and prototyping m ethod for MIS development this paper discuse early expansion of object-oriented method,which can successfully shorten the development cycle of MIS and lengthen the life of MIS,which is suitable for the setting up of the library MIS.
