The Designment and Development of EDM  Archives Managing System

Abstract  

It is necessary for us to establish an archives managing system. There are some shortcomings in the traditional system of archives management, a corresponding method is put forward here, to improve the traditional system. In the end we bring forward the design of a new archives managing system.
