Abstract With the rapid development of Internet, some problems of Intelligent Property in domain name system running become more and more serious. Chasing for benefits, some websites use register sheet or IE browser to take possession of information storage space in PCs, which breaks the law. To solve the problem, the best way is to establish related laws to protect proper competition.
