Establishing Network Management Platform of Sci-Tech Novelty Search

Abstract  

Library of USTC introduces the computers in the whole-process management of sci-tech novelty search by establishing network platform, which is a very useful try to control and develop the quality and archives conservation of sci-tech novelty search.
