Analysis of e-Service Quality Based on Gray Correlation Method

Abstract  

E-service quality is analyzed based on the method of gray correlation in this paper. The application is introduced after the method is described. The result shows that it’s a quick and simple method to evaluate e-Service quality; and it can make the interrelated decision for Websites which provide e-Service.
