The Research、Design and Realization of the  Digital Resources Managing System

Abstract  

A digital resources processing system based on the DC and XML has been established. The digital resources processing system supports the function of digital collection, processing, indexing, storage, organization and issue of text, pictures or images, audio and video frequency. This paper elaborates the system technical architecture and the system functions.
