Abstract  

Based on the investigation and analysis of research status and trends of patent analysis software domestic and foreign, With the practice of research projects, the paper discusses the general idea, needs analysis, system structure and function framework of the online patent analysis software. Specifically expounds subsystem project based on the characteristics and indexes.
