Abstract In this paper, empirical analysis on AIRSSM is carried out based on structural equation model.The results show that special emphasis of scholarly information retrieval systems analysis and design should be focused on: (1)System quality and information quality oriented; (2)A balanced consideration of all factors affecting system quality; (3)Authority, integrity, real-time and effectiveness are essential to information quality.
