Abstract The article proposes an evaluation index system and evaluation model for academic libraries Webs evaluation，and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to calculate each index. The evaluation model can make quantitative analysis for the synthesis capability of academic libraries Webs, and also offers a reference for practice.
