Propositions for Establishing Document Sources Database in Small and Medium Size College Libraries

Abstract  

This article explicates how for small and medium size college libraries to develop interior and outer library resources fully under the present network situations by utilizing modern service means and adopting effective measures ,that is ,to establish document sources database ,to raise original literature assurance and meet to the utmost degree the readers' needs for documents.
