The Study of Library Network Constructional Problems

Abstract  

This paper fully proves that library network system is the basement to set up digital library. It analyses the functions which the library network should have and the principles which it should be followed in process of building from the functions and effection which a digital library needs, illustrates how to solve problems of investment scale and system function with examples.
