Use of SPSS in the Performance Review in the Library |

Abstract This paper applies the methods of SPSS and factor analysis to the performance review and check. It gives a multivariate and multi-personal statistical analysis to the performance of the staff. The result of this analysis not only achieves the performance schedule of the staff actually and quickly, but also realizes the division of the performance review a grades and check-up grades of them, thus playing a positive role in raising the standard of the human resource administration in libraries.
