Information Technology has double effects.On the one hand,it plays a positive driving role to the progression of the society.On the other hand,it carries some negative effects to the socliety of mankind.This paper mainly expounds several aspects of the negative effects of information technology to the society,then advances several views in accordance with the prevention of these negative effects.
