Abstract Using information technology and information system for enterprises to search and manage knowledge is always one of research hotspots at home and abroad. This paper introduces social network theory to study enterprise knowledge management system. It firstly introduces SECI model and super network theory, and then designs a framework of an enterprise knowledge management system based on social network. The system's working principle, level and working process are studied, and the system's structure and an "experts detection" algorithm are analyzed in detail. This paper provides a new way to design the enterprise knowledge management system.
