THE COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE PERFORMANCE OF SEARCH SOFTWARE AND THE USER INTERFACE FOR MEDLINE CD-ROM

Abstract  

The paper is based on author' s empiriogenic of using MEDLINE CD-ROM. The search software of four kinds MEDLINE CD-ROM (Include Silver Platter, Cambridge, EBSCO, and DIALOG) and their user interface are analysed. At the end of paper, the user' s interface of futuristic MEDLINE CD-ROM is predicted.
