Some problems which exist in the development of CD-ROM retrieval in our country such as:unstandardized systems,verified standards and different applying conditions were analysed in this paper.While indieating great difficulties on system management and usage brought by these problems,the author pointed out some resolving methods according to his own experiences,especially on how to use windows 95 to manage CD-ROM retrieval system.These experiences were offered to those who doing the same work as to give better service to readers.
