Intellectual Economy and Information Management

Abstract  

This paper states that information management is facing the opportunity and challenge provided by the intellectual economy. Some reforming concepts involving the mode of information management are introduced here. In the age of forthcoming century, in order to improve the work of information management, some advices are put forward in the paper.
