IP Network of Telecom Revolution

Abstract  

The paper analyzes the background of telecom revolution based on the IP network, and compares with such techniques as SDH, ATM and IP. The author also discusses the foundation and advantages of brand IP network, and states that the IP network brings Chinese data communication historical opportunity.
