The Initial Exploration on Construction of the Full Text Database Project of Fujian Provincial Information Service and Materials in Fujian Provincial Committee Party School of CPC

Abstract  

This paper expounds necessity and feasibility on the construction of the full text database of Fujian provincial information service and materials as far as the exploration and utilization of provincial information and document source, the construction on the full text database of provincial information and material, the building of network information database resource in digital library of party school across the China, the promotion of the development of Fujian province and the beginning of special service in party school's library. The paper also proposes the rules, scope and technological method and the control of quality in construction of database.
