The Study Comparison on the Copyright Construction of Chinese Books Database

Abstract  

Comparison and analysis on the copyright construction of several database for Chinese books that had been or are being of great influence in domestic, namely Boku Company?Chaoxing Company ?Shusheng Company and Founder Company was carried out in this paper. The characteristics and significance of each database were figured out. Four new models for copyright construction was put forward: principle of book tax, principle of copyright permutation, publisher solution at-a-whack, and collective management.
