Abstract From“face to face”service to“One-Stop”service based on Web,the ways of service are changing in library—end-user can straightly gain demands from retrieval. This chang proves not obstacle that people use information resources. This paper discusses implication、substance、support platform based on“One-Stop”service and models of service.
